1. Your Dodgeball Club must have submitted Club registration under the Malaysian Sports Commission (PJS).
2. Write an Application Letter to become a Club Member and the proof your club registration application at PJS, email to: malaysiadodgeballfederation@gmail.com
3. You will receive a Google Club Registration Form link.
4. You must pay the Registration Fee: RM50.00 and the Annual Fee: RM120.00 .

5. You must fill out the Google Form completely along with a copy of the registration fees and the Club Logo.
6. You will receive a membership confirmation email no more than 7 days after the MDF affiliate committee member conducts a confirmation meeting.
It should be noted that MDF committee members have the right to accept or reject each application if the Form is incomplete or fails to comply with the MDF Affiliate Member registration rules that have been set.
